Dr Stuart Brownings
Senior Clinical Psychologist and Founder
Having worked with people, throughout the lifespan, with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), I have witnessed first hand how distressing and impactful the compulsions and intrusive thoughts and feelings can be for them and their family. I have however also witnessed that through increased hope, hard work, honesty and consistent Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) that this hugely stressful and dictatorial disorder can often be successfully challenged and overcome.

My years of experience supporting people with successful, evidence-based treatment allows me to ensure you are in charge of your treatment. My knowledge of OCD will help you to shape the exposure tasks you choose and ensure your hard work during weekly treatment is not undermined.
