Dr Zoë Kindynis

Senior Clinical Psychologist and Founder

Working with young people and adults with OCD has shown me the devastating impact OCD can have, and how it can stop the sufferer from living life as they want. However, I have also seen how, with the right treatment and support, individuals can reclaim their lives and reach a place where OCD no longer has any control. I hope to be a therapist who really listens, empathises and understands whilst also being creative, engaging and encouraging.  I feel very privileged to be in a position to see the clients I work with grow in strength and confidence and achieve their goals; it is an honour to play a small part in this process.

Alongside my clinical work, I have a key interest in service-user involvement and hope to empower clients to have their voice heard. I believe that my clients hold a wealth of expertise that can be invaluable both in terms of working collaboratively together to co-produce a treatment that is tailored to their needs, but also in developing services in line with client feedback.
